Community Loyalty Appreciation Program
Up to $10,000 Toward a New Home
A housing initiative designed to help existing residents transition into newer homes while preserving affordability, strengthening community investment, and creating long-term housing stability.
The Community Loyalty Appreciation Program provides up to $10,000 in down payment assistance toward a new manufactured home for current residents of Dolorean communities. The amount is based on how long you have lived with us, it is applied directly to your down payment rather than paid to you, and it is not a loan that gets repaid.
On a Hudson 16x76 at $135,000 installed, $10,000 in assistance covers a full 7.4 percent down payment, which is often the single biggest obstacle between renting and owning.
How it works
Step 01
Confirm your eligibility
Call our office and we review your residency length and account standing. You receive your assistance tier in writing, so you know your number before you shop.
Step 02
Choose your new home
Pick from six new Clayton Epic models, from the Hudson 16x76 at $135,000 installed to the 28x76 four-bedroom plans, and reserve your home site in the community.
Step 03
Apply the credit at closing
We connect you with a participating lender for pre-approval. Your assistance is applied toward the down payment at closing, reducing the amount you finance.

Unlike traditional rent payments, a portion of your monthly payment contributes toward long-term home ownership and housing stability. Rather than viewing housing solely as a monthly expense, the Community Loyalty Appreciation Program is designed to help residents transition toward building long-term equity within the community they already call home. Our goal is to create a pathway where long-term residents may continue benefiting from stable housing costs, community familiarity, newer housing opportunities, long-term financial stability, and the opportunity to build equity over time.
